Wallet balances are only valid for transactions on the FlectraTech platform, and no withdrawals or transfers to other accounts or individuals are permitted. Service Scheduling and Availability
All services provided on the FlectraTech platform are subject to availability and scheduling. While we strive to offer flexible booking options, once a booking has been confirmed, the service is deemed scheduled and time is specifically reserved for you. In the event of extraordinary circumstances, such as system outages, natural disasters, or other force majeure events, FlectraTech may adjust or reschedule services. However, this will not entitle the customer to a refund, as the payment remains valid for the service rendered or rescheduled. Failed Transactions and Payment Gateway Issues
In the event of a failed payment, insufficient funds, or a payment gateway error, the transaction will be automatically canceled. FlectraTech is not responsible for any fees or costs incurred due to payment failures or errors, including issues with payment gateways, insufficient balance, or technical problems. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the payment is successfully processed before booking a service. In cases where the transaction fails, the customer will need to resolve the payment issue with their payment provider before making another attempt.
